The Future Stars Swaps is an event where FUT 23 players will complete SBCs and Objectives to earn Future Stars Swaps tokens. You can then exchange these tokens for a variety of rewards by completing Future Stars Swaps SBCs.
To gain these tokens you will need to complete a range of SBCs and Objectives. These will include solving puzzle-based SBCs and playing matches in Live FUT Friendlies.

All Future Stars Swaps Rewards
Here are all the rewards you can earn by swapping in your Future Stars Swaps tokens:
- 3 Tokens – Future Stars Team 1 Pack
- 5 Tokens – Base Zola (85 OVR)
- 10 Tokens – 84 x 20 Pack
- 10 Tokens – Moments Coutinho (88 OVR)
- 15 Tokens – 83+ Winter Wildcard, Centurions, or Future Stars Team 1 Player Pick (Choice of 5)
- 15 Tokens – 85 x 10 Pack
- 20 Tokens – Mid George Best (90 OVR)
- 25 Tokens – Two 85+ x 10 Packs
- 27 Tokens – Prime ICON Player Pick (Choice of 3)
These rewards will be located in the Swaps tab in Squad Building Challenges when the FIFA 23 Future Stars promotion begins!
How to Redeem Swaps Tokens for Future Stars Swaps Rewards
Redeeming your Swaps Tokens will be a simple process once the rewards have been added to the game. Here is what you will need to do:
- On the FUT Home Menu, head over to “Squad Building Challenges”
- Enter the SBC tab and navigate over to “Swaps”
- In the “Swaps” SBC section, scroll through each reward until you reach the one you want
- Click on the reward you want and in the SBC, put the required amount of tokens into the Starting 11 squad.
- Press the “Options” button on PS or the “Menu” button on Xbox and click “Submit” and you will instantly receive your reward
Once the tokens have been submitted, you will not be able to earn them back, so choose which rewards you want carefully.
