We are back once again, delivering you our FC 24 TOTW 9 Predictions. Much has changed since the last one, as TOTW items now receive more significant boosts.
With the potential of one of the game’s best players in the next squad, we are sure you will want to know who else will join them.
Let’s dive into the full prediction for the upcoming Team of the Week 9 squad!
Predictions
Here are the FC 24 TOTW 9 Predictions for both the Starting XI and the Bench:
Starting XI
Etrit Berisha – GK – 80 → 84
8 Saves / 8.8 WhoScored match rating / 1-0 win against Napoli
Berisha pulled off a masterclass, making eight saves to hold off the reigning Serie A champions. In our eyes, he is the clearest pick for the GK position.
Kostas Tsimikas – LB – 77 → 83
2 Assists & Clean Sheet / 8.0 WhoScored match rating / 3-0 win against Brentford
With two assists and a clean sheet, the Greek fullback looks like a clear pick for TOTW 9. Although Salah scored twice and got a higher match rating, we think the defender has a better shot.
Bremer – CB – 84 → 87
1 Goal / 7.4 WhoScored match rating / 2-1 win against Cagliari
Bremer scored the game’s opening goal and was in the top four performers, according to WhoScored.
Victor Lindelöf – CB – 80 → 84
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 8.2 WhoScored match rating / 1-0 win against Luton
The Swedish CB scored the winning goal, kept a clean sheet, and received the highest match rating. To us, it is a straightforward pick.
Federico Dimarco – LWB – 82 → 85
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 8.5 WhoScored match rating / 2-0 win against Frosinone
The Italian scored the opening goal before teammate Çalhanoglu slotted away a penalty. With one goal and a clean sheet, he is certainly in contention.
Bryan Heynen – CDM – 77 → 83
2 Goals / 8.3 WhoScored match rating / 3-1 win against OH Leuven
The Belgium scored twice as Genk picked up all three points. A DM with two goals is rare, so a TOTW is likely.
James Ward-Prowse – CM – 78 → 84
2 Assists / 8.3 WhoScored match rating / 3-2 win against Nottingham Forest
The midfielder secured two assists as West Ham left it late to secure all three points.
Leroy Sané – RM – 84 → 87
2 Assists / 9.9 WhoScored match rating / 4-2 win against Heidenheim
The German winger has been denied several TOTW items so far this year. With two assists and a high match rating, we think it is finally time for his inclusion.
Kylian Mbappé – ST → CAM – 91 → 92
3 Goals / 10 WhoScored match rating / 3-0 win against Stade Reims
If Mbappé isn’t in TOTW 9, we will be shocked. With a hat-trick, we can’t see EA missing out on an opportunity to include the Frenchman in the squad.
Rodrygo – RW → ST – 85 → 86
2 Goals & 2 Assists / 10 WhoScored match rating / 5-1 win against Valencia
With 4 goal contributions, we don’t see the Brazilian being ignored. Players who completed his Trailblazer SBC will hope he remains lower than his 87 OVR item.
Karim Benzema – CF → ST – 90 → 91
3 Goals & 1 Assist / 10 SofaScore match rating / 4-2 win against Abha
When Benzema scores a hat-trick, you can’t ignore it. The French ST will likely be included in TOTW 9 due to his four contributions.

Bench
Jonathan Gradit – CB – 78 → 84
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 7.8 WhoScored match rating / 1-0 win against Marseille
It is not always the best performers who receive TOTW items but those who pop up in big moments. Gradit struck a 90th-minute winner to give his side three points.
Bart Vriends – CB – 70 → 83
2 Goals / 8.7 WhoScored match rating / 4-1 win against FC Volendam
Vriends scored twice as Sparta Rotterdam trounced Volendam 4-1. Two contributions for a defender are often enough for inclusion in Team of the Week.
Joe Lolley – RM – 70 → 83
2 Goals & 2 Assists / 10 SofaScore match rating / 5-1 win against Adelaide United
The Englishman made four goal contributions, making him a prime contender for TOTW 9.
Louise Fleury – LM → LW – 82 → 85
3 Goal / 9.9 SofaScore match rating / 6-1 win against Saint Etienne
Fleury already has a TOTW item and is on her way to pick up another. With three goals, it seems TOTW 9 is set to be very French-themed.
Ado Onaiwu – ST → RM – 70 → 83
3 Goals / 9.2 SofaScore match rating / 5-2 win against Saint Etienne
The Japanese forward scored three goals in this seven-goal thriller. A few hat-tricks from lower league clubs, such as Chadrac Akolo for St. Gallen, could also have been predicted. We suspect only one will feature, and we have gone with Onaiwu.
Dominic Solanke – ST – 75 → 83
2 Goals / 9.2 WhoScored match rating / 2-0 win against Newcastle United
It was a shock result as Bournemouth beat Newcastle by two goals. Solanke was on the end of both, so we suspect he may receive a TOTW item.
Sophie Weidauer – CAM → ST – 70 → 83
3 Goals / 9.3 SofaScore match rating / 5-0 win against Leipzig
The German attacked netted three times in her 5-0 win over Leipzig.
