Welcome back to our EA FC 24 Team of the Week predictions, where this week we have our go at who we think will make TOTW 7!
There were many big clashes across the soccer world as El Clasico and the Manchester Derby took place. We suspect players from both may feature.
So, let’s dive in as we pick our top 18 performers from the games across the weekend.
EA FC 24 TOTW 7 Predictions
Here are the predictions for Team of the Week 7 in EA FC 24:
Starting XI
Oliver Baumann – GK – 80 → 83
8 Saves & Penalty Save / 8.0 WhoScored match rating/ 3-2 win against VfB Stuttgart
Although he conceded twice, Baumann was given the MOTM for his eight saves. One of which was a significant penalty save.
Alessandro Buongiorno – CB – 77 → 81
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 8.5 WhoScored match rating / 1-0 win against Lecce
The Italian CB scored the only goal of the game as Torino left Lecce with the win. With a clean sheet as well, he is certainly up for contention.
Ethan Pinnock – CB – 79 → 82
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 2-0 win against Chelsea / 8.5 WhoScored match rating
The Jamaican was amongst the goals as Brentford secured the win at Stamford Bridge. The clean sheet will also help his case.
Facundo Medina – CB – 80 → 83
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 8.9 WhoScored match rating / 4-0 win against Nantes
Although Sotoca got three goal contributions, Medina is a more desirable item. Additionally, CBs rarely get on the scoresheet.
Katie McCabe – LB – 85 → 86
3 Goals / Player of the Match / 5-1 win against Albania
We couldn’t find anywhere listing McCabe’s match rating, but after scoring three goals as an LB, we suspect it is high. According to Google, they have listed her as an ST, but based on our knowledge, we believe she did play in defense.
Either way, with a hattrick, she is a standout pick for a TOTW item.
Georginio Wijnaldum – CM – 80 → 83
2 Goals / 8.3 SofaScore rating / 3-2 win against Al-Wehda
The Saudi Pro League has been given a lot of love by EA Sports, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see another item. With Wijnaldum scoring two goals, he is the standout pick for this league.
Jude Bellingham – CM – 87 → 88
2 Goal / 8.4 WhoScored match rating / 2-1 win against Barcelona
Is Jude Bellingham the best player in the world right now? We certainly think so. The Englishman was again instrumental as he scored a screamer and the winning goal in El Clasico.
He already has two special items, and with a POTM potentially on the way, he may become the player with the most cards in FC 24.
Dominik Szoboszlai – CAM → CM – 82 → 84
2 Assists / 8.7 WhoScored match rating / 3-0 win against Nottingham Forest
The Hungarian picked up two assists as Liverpool secured a straightforward win. Whether two assists are enough for an inclusion, we will have to wait and see.
Harry Kane – ST – 91 → 92
3 Goals & 1 Assist / 10 WhoScored match rating / 8-0 win against Darmstadt
Kane is loving life in Germany so far. Like Bellingham, he has had quite a few special items so far, and with a hattrick and an assist, he may receive a second inform.
Leroy Sané is also up for contention with two goals and an assist, but we couldn’t ignore Kane.
Erling Haaland – ST – 91 → 92
2 Goals & 1 Assist / 8.7 WhoScored match rating / 3-0 win against Manchester United
Usually, it takes a hattrick for Haaland to make TOTW, but with it being the Manchester Derby, we believe EA will settle for just the two goals and an assist.
Big matches usually have more weight when included in Team of the Week.
Hirving Lozano – RW → LW – 81 → 84
3 Goals / 9.6 WhoScored match rating / 5-2 win against Ajax
With a hattrick scored in one of the Netherlands’ biggest matchups, we are pretty confident of the Mexican’s inclusion.

Bench
Ryan Hollingshead – RB – 71 → 80
2 Goals / 7.0 SofaScore match rating / 5-2 win against Vancouver Whitecaps
Although he got a low match rating, it is rare for an RB to score a goal, let alone two.
Isco – CAM – 80 → 83
1 Goal & 1 Assist / 8.3 WhoScored match rating / 2-1 win against Osasuna
This is a bit of a punt from us. We felt we didn’t have enough midfielders in the squad, and Isco was a standout option. Whether he makes it, we shall wait and see.
Anders Dreyer – RW – 74 → 80
3 Goals / 10 WhoScored match rating / 5-1 win against OH Leuven
The Danish winger was on the scoresheet three times as Anderlecht ran away with all three points.
Eddie Nketiah – ST – 75 → 81
3 Goals / 9.9 WhoScored match rating / 5-0 win against Sheffield United
It is the most apparent pick, and we would be silly to exclude the Arsenal man. With Nketiah available for the Trailblazer Striker Evolution, this item won’t excite many.
Leonardo Pavoletti – ST – 70 → 80
2 Goals & 1 Assist / 8.9 WhoScored match rating / 4-3 win against Frosinone
The Italian came off the bench and delivered a masterclass. He scored a 93rd-minute equalizer and then a 95th-minute winner.
Bruno Fornaroli – ST – 68 → 80
4 Goals / 10 SofaScore match rating / 5-3 win against Newcastle Jets
If you score four goals, there is a minimal chance you won’t make the next TOTW.
Edin Dzeko – ST – 83 → 85
3 Goals / 10 WhoScored match rating / 5-0 win against Pendikspor
With three goals, the Bosnian is in high contention for TOTW 7.
