We know that defending can be difficult in FC 24, but you will most likely be left unhappy when you concede a goal like this FUT player did, where the ball went through the player’s head.

Imagine you do everything right. You successfully block a shot from going in, and you are on the way to winning the match, but then a glitch in the game rewards the opponent instead.

That is exactly what occurred in this case. Let’s get into what happened and why this FUT gamer was frustrated by a goal they unfairly conceded.

Free Kick Shot Goes Through Defender’s Head In FC 24

An FC 24 gamer unfairly conceded a goal after the ball went through their defender’s head instead of being cleared away.

This avid player was trying to pull off a defensive move we’ve likely all attempted at some point. At the very least, we certainly have!

If you have played FIFA or FC 24 in the past, you will have seen many gamers putting players on the line during a free-kick. This is a proven method to stop goals from going in.

This instance was no different for this experienced gamer. To stop their opponent from scoring, they moved one of their players onto the line to block that corner.

However, instead of the player heading the ball clear, the ball glitches and completely clips through their head, resulting in a goal for the opponent team.

This whole ordeal was shared by Reddit user TimoVuk. You can view this incident in the clip below:

Putting a player on the line during a free kick is a very effective method. However, not everyone in the community enjoys using this technique.

Many people replied to the video by saying it was “karma” for moving their player onto the line. This one Reddit user was happy to see it occur.

While another said it was deserved.

However, from our experience, we tend to agree with this user that putting a player on the line is one of the best ways to stop free-kicks.

Hopefully, this issue can be fixed, but there is currently no mention from the developers if they are even aware of it.

If this happened to us, we can see why it could be rage-inducing.
