The FC 24 Black Friday event is on the way, and we have you covered with everything that will happen over this weekend promo.
Black Friday is typically about finding cheap deals on items you want, but in the eyes of EA, it is about delivering tons of content.
There will be many SBCs, packs, and more throughout FC 24’s Black Friday. So, let’s dive into all the details.
What to Expect
Here is everything you can expect to release as part of FC 24’s Black Friday Event. This is based on previous years’ releases as well as current leaks.

- Flash SBCs
- Upgrade SBCs
- Player SBCs
- Packs – New, Returning & Lightning Rounds
- Thunderstruck Promotion
Best of TOTW
This squad of players will be released into packs featuring some of the best TOTW items we have seen in the game.
Players like Heung Min Son and Virgil van Dijk will feature according to the in-game loading screen.
Flash SBCs
Flash SBCs will be released throughout the event. These are challenges for either packs or players, and gamers will only have a limited time to complete them.
For player items, the SBC will expire after 24 hours, while the ones including packs will only be available for 1-2 hours. So make sure you are quick to complete them!
Upgrade SBCs
Many Upgrade SBCs will be released, allowing users to stock their club with high-rated fodder. These were the Upgrade SBCs from FIFA 23, and we would suspect similar to release this year:
- 80+ Upgrade
- 85+ Double Upgrade
- 81+ Double Upgrade
- 81+ TOTW Upgrade
- 84+ Upgrade
- 83+ Player Pick
- Mixed Campaign Player Pick
Packs
- Refreshed Store every 1-2 hours
- The FUT Store will refresh every 1-2 hours with new packs you can open!
- New Packs
- In FIFA 23, we saw tons of new packs, such as the Black Friday 100 Pack. This contained 100 Rare Gold players for 250,000 coins. We suspect that even more new packs will be added for this year’s event based on last year.
- Lightning Rounds
- Additionally, Lightning Rounds will also be released. Lightning Rounds is the name provided for packs that have a global limit. Once the entire community has reached the limit, the pack will no longer be available.
Thunderstruck Promotion
On top of Black Friday, we will have the new Thunderstruck items released into packs. We do not know what this will include at the moment, but the item designs have been found in the code by FUT_Scoreboard.
It appears we will be getting new Campaign ICONs as well!
Release Date & Time
The FC 24 Black Friday event will begin on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT with the release of the Best of TOTW squad.
It will run until Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT.
