For a while now, Nintendo fans have been hoping for a game that puts limitations behind, allowing players to explore as much as they want without anything preventing them. Thankfully, one fan has created something very similar, but it comes in the form of a video at the moment. The project makes Pokemon and Zelda: Breath of the Wild join forces.

Redditor ph4t_s has shared details on a new project they are working on. The fan announced that they are working on a project that merges Pokemon and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild into one huge game. For now, they have provided a sneak glimpse at what they are working as the project is still in the early stages of development.

In addition to the picture above, the fan also released a 13-second video. From a glance, it showcases an unidentified Pokemon trainer controlling what appears to be their Pokedex. Pidgeotto, the evolved form of Pidgey, can be seen in the distant sky.

What makes this creation a whole lot more interesting is the fact it all takes place in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild world. Although many have remained resistant to the idea of a game that merges Pokemon and Zelda together, some fans have certainly latched onto the idea.

One fan, who claims to even be a developer themself, has confirmed that this would be their dream game. In fact, they were so in favor of the idea that they even offered to help develop the project.

  1. As cool as this looks. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nintendo took it down.
