The Pokemon GO Rising Shadows event has added Shadow Pokemon as Raid bosses for the first time ever!

This means that in addition to all 13 of the standard Raid bosses during the event, players will also have the chance to battle 9 different Shadow Pokemon in Raids too.

What’s more, Shadow Raids will be totally taking over for one day during the event too!

Shadow Raid Schedule

All of the Shadow Pokemon apart from Shadow Mewtwo will be appearing at Gyms that Team GO Rocket control from 10 AM local time on May 22 to 8 PM local time on May 28, 2023.

Then Team GO Rocket will take over all Pokemon GO Raids from 10 AM to 8 PM local time on May 27, 2023. This is when Shadow Mewtwo will be available to battle.
