What Do Altars of Lilith Do in Diablo 4?
Altars of Lilith buff your stats or increase the maximum amount of Murmuring Obols you can carry in Diablo 4.
Each Altar will give you one of the following buffs:
- Increase Max HP by 8
- Increase Strength by 2
- Increase Dexterity by 2
- Increase Willpower by 2
- Increase Intelligence by 2
- Increase the number of Obols you hold by 5
The buff is only given to the character that discovers the Altar. Any additional characters you make will need to find the Altar again to receive the stat increase.
Furthermore, you can only receive the buff once per Altar. If you go back to the Altar, nothing happens, and you will not receive the stat bonus gain.
You will find your first Altar of Lilith during the Prologue in the Icehowl Taiga region. The remaining Altars of Lilith won’t be available until you reach Kyovashad and finish the Prologue.
