For it’s second year running EA have decided to ditch E3 and will once again be continuing with their own event called EA Play. This is where new intel regarding all of EA’s biggest games such as Battlefield 1, Star Wars Battlefront 2 and much more get revealed. The EA Play 2017 Event will take place from June 10th – 12th at The Hollywood Palladium. EA also have a few other surprises in store for those attending, including the player FanFest, which features over 140 hands-on gaming stations, demos, live music and more!

Nintendo Switch FIFA
During the Nintendo Switch Presentation event on January 12th EA’s Patrick Söderlund stated, “EA Sports’ FIFA on Nintendo Switch will be the most immersive, social, and authentic sports game ever created for Nintendo players and it will deliver the FIFA experience custom-built for Switch so you can play anywhere, play with anyone, and play how you want to play.”
Various members of the Electronic Arts team have stated that FIFA 18 is a completely different game to Nintendo Switch’s FIFA. At the moment we still don’t have an idea on how this is planning out however this 30 second TV advert from Nintendo is the closest hint we’ve had so far.
