- First, you need to progress Blaidd’s quest. There are a few steps you need to take:
- Find Blaidd at the top of the tower at Mistwood Ruins.
- Head to the Church of Elleh and speak to Merchant Kale about the howling sounds. He will then give you the Finger Snap gesture.
- Go back to Mistwood Ruins and snap your fingers. Blaidd will jump down and tell you he is searching for Darriwil.
- Go to Forlorn Hound Evergaol in southeast Limgrave and beat Bloodhound Knight Darriwil.
- Speak to Blaidd and he will tell you to go to find War Counselor Iji in Liurnia.
- Next, you need to find Iji to get the Carian Filigreed Crest in Elden Ring.
