If you’re looking to go through Elden Ring with friends, then you’re probably wondering how many players you can summon to play co-op alongside you. Well, it may be more than you think.
FromSoftware has set out to make multiplayer as seamless as possible for players with Elden Ring. They hope that they will allow more players to enjoy the game to their full extent by doing so.
Elden Ring is a challenging game and can be overwhelming for new players that aren’t sure what to do. So it’s nice to summon some experienced friends for help.
Before you summon your friends, make sure you understand precisely how multiplayer works. Or you might get stuck going through a boss solo.
Elden Ring: How Many Players Can You Summon
Counting yourself, up to 3 players will be able to play co-op together in Elden Ring.
This means that players will be able to summon up to two other friends to join them on their adventure in the Lands Between.
But be wary because summoning players to your game will also open the door for enemy players to invade your game. However, it also allows you and your friends to invade other enemy parties. It can be a great way to see other players’ builds and styles of play.
Other players aren’t the only thing you can summon in this game. Players looking to stay offline and avoid invasions will be able to use Spirit Ashes to summon enemy spirits to fight in their favor.
You’ll also be able to summon a mount to help you get across the expansive Elden Ring map, the Lands Between. But you may need to find it first.
