Elden Ring: What is a Golden Seed?
Golden Seeds allow players to increase the number of uses for the Crimson and Cerulean Flask.
The Crimson Flask and Cerulean Flask will aid players through their journey. Once you understand what they are and how to use them, you’re going to want to upgrade them to maximize the number of times you can use them.

There's also a golden seed just to the left the road, leading North-West from the capital. Before it hits the fork. Just to the right of the upper 2 small trees on the map.

There's a Golden Seed by the Atlus Minor Erdtree, if you put a waypoint right next to the west most branch with leaves you'll have a waypoint almost directly on a missed Seed.
