Elden Ring can be a punishing experience, but thankfully Golden Seeds allow players to upgrade the number of healing flasks they carry. Here’s where to find them all.

Elden Ring can be a formidable foe for even the most experienced gamer.

Even players that have picked a starting class catered to their playstyle and studied their stats tirelessly will find Elden Ring difficult. Understanding all the different abilities and items at your disposal is essential.

Players hoping to push through the campaign need to be healing and replenishing their Focus Points constantly. It’s good that Elden Ring offers different methods to raise your HP. But even then, it can be challenging to stay alive.

Thankfully, players can upgrade the number of charges for their flasks with the help of Golden Seeds.

Elden Ring: What is a Golden Seed?

Golden Seeds allow players to increase the number of uses for the Crimson and Cerulean Flask.

The Crimson Flask and Cerulean Flask will aid players through their journey. Once you understand what they are and how to use them, you’re going to want to upgrade them to maximize the number of times you can use them.

Elden Ring Flasks

To do that, you’ll need Golden Seeds.

Golden Seeds are a very rare consumable item found near deviated golden branches of the Erdtree. They are scattered around different regions in the Lands Between. You might want to have your mount handy for this.

Here’s where you can find them.

Elden Ring: Where to Find Every Golden Seed

There have been over 25 Golden Seeds found so far in the Elden Ring.

The first one can be picked as a Keepsake when players begin their Elden Ring journey. This can be pretty handy for players since it’ll allow you the start the game from the beginning with an extra flask.

Elden Ring Golden Seeds

They are under a golden tree like a sapling from the Erdtree. It’ll be easy to notice them because they will radiate a golden light from then. Here’s where you can find them.

There's also a golden seed just to the left the road, leading North-West from the capital. Before it hits the fork. Just to the right of the upper 2 small trees on the map.

There's a Golden Seed by the Atlus Minor Erdtree, if you put a waypoint right next to the west most branch with leaves you'll have a waypoint almost directly on a missed Seed.
