EA Sports is teaming up with Euro 2024 to bring the major international tournament straight to FC 24.

Despite their recent split from FIFA, the developers are keeping the excitement alive on the global soccer stage. The tournament, set to unfold in Germany, will have tons of content released into the game.

Let’s dive into the announcement and everything we know about this upcoming team-up between EA and UEFA.

EURO 2024 Coming to FC 24

The confirmation of Euro 2024’s arrival into FC 24 came from EA Sports’ official YouTube channel. In the currently unlisted video, titled “UEFA Euro 2024 Announce Trailer”, they confirm that “Euro 2024 is in the club.”

You can watch the full trailer below:

At the moment, we do not know the extent of the collaboration, but the details shown at the end confirm there will be Euro 2024 content in FC 24 Ultimate Team.

It is also likely that a dedicated Euro 2024 mode, similar to the FIFA 2022 World Cup one in FIFA 23, will also arrive. Although, this is just speculation.

This will be a free update for all players, and you will not need to spend any money other than owning the game to access it.

 FC 24 EURO 2024

At the end of the video, EA Sports states that players can earn a free Euro 2024 item within its fantasy mode.

To be eligible for the free item, you must log into the mode before January 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT.

Its Game Offers and Disclaimers page also says this free content will be delivered between December 18, 2023, and January 16, 2024.

The item you receive will have a unique Euro 2024 design, and whether they are boosted or downgraded versions of the players is unknown. Here is who you can get:

  • Ousmane Dembele (PSG & France)
  • Jack Grealish (Man City & England)
  • Alvaro Morata (Atletico Madrid & Spain)
  • Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool & the Netherlands)
