That time of the week has swung back around again with fixtures globally finalizing, meaning here are our EA FC 24 TOTW 3 predictions.
After two TOTWs filled with high-tier items, we expect the same to follow. Tons of big-name players have put in impressive performances this week, including Jude Bellingham.
So let’s dive into our predictions and who we think will make the squad.
EA FC 24 TOTW 3 Predictions
Mory Diaw – GK – 74 → 80
10 Saves & Clean Sheet / 9.4 WhoScored match rating / 0-0 draw against PSG
Keeping a clean sheet against Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele, and Kolo Muani is no mean feat. Diaw was the hero, as his ten saves earned a crucial point.
Kalidou Koulibaly – CB – 84 → 86
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 7.6 SofaScore match rating / 2-0 win against Al Shabab
The Senegalese was on the scoresheet as Al Hilal continued their unbeaten run this season. So far, it seems EA is putting some heavy weight on this league, so expect more informs in the future from Saudi Arabia.
Joachin Andersen – CB – 78 → 82
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 8.7 WhoScored match rating / 1-0 win against Manchester United
The Dane scored the game’s only goal as he also held out for a 1-0 win away at Old Trafford. He was also voted Man-of-the-Match.
Ruben Peña – RB – 75 → 81
1 Assist & Clean Sheet / 7.6 WhoScored match rating / 2-0 win against Deportivo Alaves
The Spanish defender assisted for his side’s first goal and ended with the highest match rating, according to WhoScored.
Ángel Di María – CF → RM – 83 → 85
1 Goal / 7.5 WhoScored match rating / 1-0 win against Porto
Although this is just one goal, it was scored in one of the biggest matches worldwide. The goal was crucial in keeping Benfica near the top of the league.
Jude Bellingham – CM – 86 → 87
1 Goal & 1 Assist / 9.4 WhoScored match rating / 3-0 win against Girona
Bellingham is setting the world alight with his performances for Real Madrid. Even though we are still awaiting his POTM item, his two contributions may get him into TOTW 3 before that happens.
Riccardo Orsolini – RM – 78 → 82
3 Goals / 10 WhoScored match rating / 3-0 win against Empoli
The Italian scored a hattrick, putting him right up in terms of TOTW contention. It would be a surprise to see him omitted.
Martin Ødegaard – CAM → CM – 87 → 88
1 Goal & 1 Assist / 8.7 WhoScored match rating / 4-0 win against Bournemouth
The Norwegian was once again phenomenal for his team. He stepped up from 12 yards to slot away Arsenal’s second of the game, won the penalty for their third, and got the assist for their fourth goal.
Ollie Watkins – ST – 80 → 83
3 Goals & 1 Assists / 10 WhoScored match rating / 6-1 win against Brighton & Hove Albion
A Watkins TOTW is more than likely a guarantee. The English forward was involved in FOUR goals as his side trounced on an inform Brighton side.
Lautaro Martinez – ST – 87 → 88
4 Goals / 9.8 WhoScored match rating / 4-0 win against Salernitana
The strike force picked itself this week as Lautaro scored 4 goals in his match. To add to his TOTW potential further, the Argentinian didn’t even come on until the 55th minute, making it more impressive.
Rachael Kundananji – ST – 83 → 85
3 Goals / 9.8 SofaScore match rating / 5-1 win against Sevilla
Kundananji is among the best lower-value items in EA FC 24, and a TOTW would be popular. With three goals, she is certainly deserving of one.
Marcel Gaus – LWB – 66 → 80
1 Goal & 2 Assists / N/A match rating / 6-2 win against Arminia Bielefield
The German was on the scoresheet and got two more assists in his game.
Franko Andrijaševic – CM – 70 → 80
2 Goals & 1 Assist / 9.0 SofaScore match rating / 3-0 win against Henan FC
The Croatian had a hand in every one of his team’s goals. He scored twice while also getting an assist.
Cristian Tello – LW → LM – 76 → 81
3 Goals / 9.3 SofaScore match rating / 5-1 win against Al Wehda
Tello already has a Foundations card in the Season Progress. However, we couldn’t ignore his hat trick. There won’t be much demand for this item.
Maghnes Akliouche – CAM – 68 → 80
2 Goals & 1 Assist / 8.7 WhoScored match rating / 3-2 win against Marseille
The 21-year-old was instrumental as AS Monaco came from behind twice to snatch a win against Marseille.
Alassane Plea – CAM → ST – 77 → 81
2 Goals & 1 Assist / 9.5 WhoScored match rating / 3-1 win against Bochum
The Frenchman had a hand in all three of his team’s goals, giving him a good shot at making TOTW 3. Usually a CAM, his TOTW would shift to ST.
Hwang Hee-Chan – LW – 76 → 81
1 Goal / 7.6 WhoScored match rating / 2-1 win against Manchester City
Despite only scoring one goal, the magnitude of this win could propel the Korean’s chances for TOTW. A winning goal against Man City is not a regular occurrence.
Nikola Karczewska – ST – 78 → 82
3 goals / 9.8 WhoScored match rating / 6-0 win against 1. FC Nürnberg
The Polish forward struck a hattrick as her side scored six goals.
