EA FC 24 released The Road To The Knockouts promotion on Friday, 29th September 2023.
It first appeared in last year’s game (FIFA 23), with the promotion following the journeys of clubs all across the world in their hunt for European silverware.

How Does EA FC 24 RTTK Work?
The players selected in the EA FC 24 RTTK promotion have the potential for two in-game upgrades. It is based on how their team performs throughout the Group Stage games.
A player can gain an upgrade (+1 rating) if they get two victories in their four remaining Group Stage matches. They can get a further upgrade (+1 rating) if their club qualifies for the Knockout Stages of their competition.
The promotion includes the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League.

Here’s a list of all the players confirmed to receive a +1 upgrade in EA FC 24 after winning two of their Group Stage games (rounding off game week three):

- Robert Lewandoski (Barcelona): 92 → 93
- Luka Modrić (Real Madrid): 91 → 92
- Edin Džeko (Fenerbahçe): 88 → 89
- Luis Diaz (Liverpool): 87 → 88
- Houssem Aouar (Roma FC): 86 → 87
- Diego Carlos (Aston Villa): 86 → 87
- Konrad Laimer (FC Bayern München): 85 → 86
- André Silva (Real Sociedad): 85 → 86
- Matteo Darmian (Inter): 85 → 86
- Héctor Bellerín (Real Betis): 84 → 85
- Piero Hincapié (Leverkusen): 83 → 84
The next game week kicks off on Tuesday 7th November, starting off with the UEFA Champions League.
When Do EA FC 24 RTTK Players Get Upgraded?
EA FC 24 RTTK players will receive upgrades after each game week concludes. Here’s a list of dates that RTTK cards should receive their upgrade:
- Friday 27th October
- Friday 10th November
- Friday 1st December
- Friday 15th December
A player who already received an upgrade for two team wins will get another if they qualify for the knockout stages. They should receive their second upgrade if they qualify on Friday 15th December.
