The Centurions Promo is returning to EA FC 24; this time, it is coming much earlier in the schedule. In FIFA 23, this event came out in January.
The previous rendition of Centurions was jam-packed with tons of high-rated and desirable players such as Neymar and the recently retired Zlatan Ibrahimović, so we expect the FC 24 version to follow suit.
So, here’s everything we know about this upcoming promo and what you can expect. We have also had a go at guessing which players might feature.
What Is the Centurions Promo in EA FC 24?
At the moment, there is not much information about the FC 24 version of Centurions. However, in FIFA 23, this event focused on players who had received 100s of appearances, scored 100s of goals, or got 100s of assists.
These players were some of the first names on the team sheet and always gave 100% in their performance. Additionally, ICONs will be coming to this promo, but the criteria for including these players is unknown.
Here is what you can expect from the Centurions promotion:
- Two-week promo – One team each week
- This is not confirmed, but in FIFA 23 it was a two-week event with two squads of Centurions items.
- Centurion ICONs
- The item design for Centurion ICONs was found in the code by FUT Scoreboard, suggesting we will get our first set of Campaign ICONs.
- Centurion Evolution
- The developers confirmed this in its Ultimate Team Launch Pitch Notes.
EA FC 24 Centurions Predictions
Here are a few players we think could be selected for the EA FC 24 Centurions promotion and why they could make the cut:
- Lionel Messi (Inter Miami & Argentina)
- If we are looking for players who have hundreds of appearances, goals, and assists, Lionel Messi is the obvious pick. With Ronaldo receiving a Trailblazer item, seeing the Argentine follow wouldn’t be a surprise.
- Karim Benzema (Al Ittihad & France)
- The Frenchman is another good standout for players, with hundreds in the previously mentioned areas. There has also been quite a lot of focus on the Saudi League in FC 24 promos so far, with three players in Trailblazers.
- Marcus Rashford (Manchester United & England)
- Although not in the greatest form in real life, Rashford is still one of the first names on the team sheet for his club. The slogan for FIFA 23 Centurions was “Form is temporary, class is permanent,” and this perfectly fits the Englishman.
- Reece James (Chelsea & England)
- Recently announced as Chelsea’s newest captain, James is among the first names his manager selects for the Starting XI weekly. The academy graduate has already racked up over 100 appearances for his boyhood club.
- Toni Kroos (Real Madrid & Germany)
- The German has played over 700 games throughout his career, winning everything possible. He also has racked up over 100 assists throughout that time.
- Raúl Albiol (Villarreal & Spain)
- Albiol is another player with 100s of appearances throughout his career. The 38-year-old has over 700 matches played.
- Théo Hernandez (AC Milan & France)
- The left-back is undoubtedly one of AC Milan’s best players and is always on the teamsheet. Not to mention, he has over 100 games played for the club and is the current vice-captain.
- Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich & Germany)
- The ‘keeper has had a tough year after sustaining a serious injury in January. However, many regard him as one of the best GKs of all time, having played over 740 games throughout his career.
- Alexandre Lacazette (OL & France)
- Lacazette has played over 500 games, scoring over 230 goals. The Frenchman would be an excellent Ligue 1 promo item.
- Marta (Orlando Pride & Brazil)
- Regarded as one of the greatest female players of all time, Marta has racked up 175 appearances for Brazil, scoring 115 goals.
Of course, more than ten players will likely be featured throughout the promotion. We think Ultimate Team players would want these items and the ones EA Sports FC will probably include.
EA FC 24 Centurions Release Date & Time
The EA FC 24 Centurions promo will begin on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST. This time on Fridays is the usual promo release date in EA FC 24.
This means Centurions will kick off in .
