If you’re looking to take your Druid into Diablo 4’s endgame, you’ll want to get your hands on the Tempest Roar Unique Helm.

Unique Items are Diablo 4’s highest-tiered rarity when it comes to the various loot and gear drops you’ll find in the game.

Below, we’re going to cover what makes the Tempest Roar so powerful and how to get it.

What is Tempest Roar in Diablo 4?

Tempest Roar is a very powerful Unique Helm that has the unique effect of making all of your base Storm Skills also turn into Werewolf Skills.

Here are all of the Helm’s affixes and effects:

  • Tempest Roar Affixes:
    • +Damage while Shapeshifted
    • +Maximum Spirit
    • +Critical Strike Damage
    • +Poison Resistance
  • Tempest Roar Unique Effect:
    • Lucky Hit: Storm Skills have up to a [XX]% chance to get 4 Spirit. Your base Storm Skills are now also Werewolf Skills

Tempest Roar’s unique effect is aimed at Storm Wolf builds, as it turns all of your Druid’s Storm Skills into Werewolf Skills. This means that any bonuses that apply to your Werewolf Skills will passively apply to your Storm Skills, giving them a huge boost in the process.

Your damage also gets a significant boost, with an increased buff to your Critical Strike and more damage while Shapeshifted.

Additionally, Tempest Roar is great for casting your skills for longer periods. You have a bigger Spirit pool and an increased chance to get back 4 spirit when casting Storm Skills. Great for doling out continuous punishment.

How to Get Tempest Roar in Diablo 4

To get Tempest Roar you must be in World Tier 3 (Nightmare Difficulty) or higher for the item to have a chance at dropping.

You can’t get this Unique Item in World Tier 1 or 2 – you must be in either World Tier 3 or 4 for it to be able to drop.

To get to World Tier 3, you need to complete the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon after completing Diablo 4’s Campaign.

There isn’t a reliable way to get Tempest Roar as it is a random drop like most loot in the game.
