Diablo 4 Season 2 Uber Uniques: Players Find Shako, Doombringer & More

Since the Season of Blood’s release in early October, players have rejoiced at the increased drop rate for Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 Season 2.

Previously, Uber Uniques had a staggeringly low drop rate, with a very low percentage of players being able to get their hands on one of these extremely rare and powerful gear pieces.

Thankfully, more players have acquired these much sought-after items with the Season 2 update. Now, Uniques and Uber Uniques can be target farmed from one of the new endgame bosses that can be summoned in Season 2.

Finally, players have a reliable way of getting these previously elusive items and they couldn’t be happier about it!

Diablo 4 Players Rejoice Over Uber Unique Drops in Season 2

Diablo 4 players have started reporting frequent drops of Uber Uniques online, showing that Blizzard has listened to fans and significantly increased their drop rates in Season 2 as promised.

As expected, fans are elated at the increased chance of getting their hands on Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 and have taken to Reddit and Twitter to celebrate their shiny new pieces of gear proudly.

It only took this Reddit user seven attempts at the Duriel endgame boss to receive the Harlequin Crest (or the ‘Shako’ for longtime Diablo fans):

Its Unique Effect grants a huge Damage Reduction percentage and gives an extra +4 to all Skills, adding huge amounts of power to your build and granting much greater build variety.

This player received one of the newer Uber Uniques that was introduced in Season 1:

The Ahvarion, Spear of Lycander gives you a random Shrine effect after killing an Elite enemy. Shrine effects are some of the most powerful buffs in the game – being able to get one reliably will add a significant power boost to your build.

Perfect for any Shadow Damage-focused build (and any build really), the Doombringer has a high chance to deal a huge amount of Shadow Damage, while also reducing incoming damage.

Lastly (but not least!), here’s a player who managed to find the all-powerful Grandfather sword:

With its staggeringly large buff to Crit Damage, we can see why this Reddit user may want to change their build to focus on the Bone Spear ability, as it’ll vastly increase its damage output.

How to Target Farm Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 Season 2

To target farm Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 you need to summon and defeat the Echo of Duriel endame boss. This is because Duriel is the only enemy in the entire game that has Uber Uniques available in his loot table. Duriel can only be fought while playing in World Tier 4.

Defeating Duriel is therefore the only way to obtain Uber Uniques and to get your hands on some of the most powerful weapons and armor in Diablo 4.

How to Summon Duriel in Diablo 4 Season 2

You can summon the Echo of Duriel by doing the following:

• Deposit Mucus-Slick Eggs and Shards of Agony in the summoning altar in the Gaping Cravasse dungeon to summon the echo of Duriel
  • You will need:
    • 2 Mucus-Slick Eggs
    • 2 Shards of Agony
• Defeat the Echo of Varshan to obtain Mucus-Slick Eggs
• Defeat Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint to obtain Shards of Agony
