How to Get Penitent Greaves in Diablo 4

To get Penitent Greaves, you need to be in either World Tier 3 or World Tier 4 difficulty for the boots to drop.

As the Penitent Greaves is a Unique Item, you must be in at least World Tier 3 (Nightmare difficulty) for it to have a chance to drop. To get to World Tier 3, you must complete Diablo 4’s campaign and complete the first Capstone Dungeon at the Cathedral of Light.

For an even higher drop rate chance, we recommend you head into World Tier 4 (Torment Difficulty). You need to complete the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon in the Dry Steppes Region while playing in World Tier 3 to do so.

There isn’t a definitive way to obtain the Penitent Greaves. You’ll have to rely on random chance and RNG for them to drop.
