The Diablo 4 Beta is coming to PC, Xbox, and PlayStation, but only one of those platforms needs to worry about meeting necessary requirements.

If you’re looking to hop into the new Beta, you’ll need to ensure that your PC meets at least the Diablo 4 minimum PC specs.

Minimum PC Requirements

Will run Diablo 4 Open Beta at 1080p native resolution / 720p render resolution, Low graphics settings at 30 FPS.

  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / AMD Radeon R9 280
  • DirectX: Version 12

Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo IV will attempt to run on hardware that doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. However, users should expect diminished performance in-game.

Will run Diablo 4 Open Beta at 1080p resolution, Medium graphics settings at 60 FPS.

  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / AMD Radeon RX 470
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 45 GB SSD

It’s worth noting that neither the minium nor recommended PC specs for Diablo 4 are very high.

However, those who want to run the game on Ultra or at higher resolutions such as 1440p or 4K will need significantly more powerful setups.

Does Diablo 4 Support Ray Tracing?

No, Diablo 4 does not support Ray Tracing, even on high-end PCs. However, Blizzard Entertainment confirms that the feature is planned for the game and will release sometime after launch.

The feature will not, therefore, be present in the Diablo IV Early Access or Open Beta.
