The Azurewrath Unique Sword was added to Diablo 4 in the Season 1 update, and players can now get their hands on it.
However, you’ll need to meet a couple of requirements in order to even have a chance of finding this powerful new sword.
Fortunately, we’ve listed absolutely everything you’ll need to do to get the Azurewrath Unique Sword in Diablo 4, as well as its affixes and unique effects.
How to Get Diablo 4 Azurewrath
Players can only get the Azurewrath Unique Sword once they reach World Tier 3 Nightmare Difficulty as a random drop from both enemies and chests.
You must have completed the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon at World Tier 2 to unlock the required World Tier 3. Additionally, you can also find Azurewrath on World Tier 4 Torment Difficulty.

Currently, the drop rate for Azurewrath is incredibly low, making it a very rare item in Diablo 4. This is not uncommon for Unique items, which have, according to some users, an alleged drop rate of 1 in 600,000.
Fortunately, you can increase your chances of getting Azurewrath by engaging in the following activities:
- Complete Helltide events
- Finish Nightmare Dungeons
- Open Reward Chests
- Defeat World Bosses
- Fight Elite enemies
