However, getting your hands on Exquisite Blood isn’t straightforward and requires that you defeat particular enemies and take part in certain activities.

Where to Find Legion Events in Diablo 4
The best way to find Legion Events in Diablo 4 is to head onto your map and look out for The Gathering Legions event icon at one of the seven possible locations where it can occur.
Season 2 has updated the frequency of Legion Events to occur every 25 minutes. The icon below will appear five minutes before the event begins:

Make sure to arrive before the timer ends, as you won’t be able to join the event if you are too late!
The event icon for the Legions Event may appear at one of the following locations in Diablo 4:
- Kor Dragan in the Fractured Peaks
- You need to first complete the Kor Dragan Stronghold for Legion Events to appear
- Carrowcrest ruins in Scosglen
- Norgoi Vigil in the Dry Steppes
- Dilapidated Aqueducts in Kehjistan
- Alcarnus in Kehjistan
- Haunted Wreckage in Hawezar
- Crusader’s Monument in Hawezar
- You need to first complete the Crusader’s Monument Stronghold for Legion Events to appear
It’s important to note that a few of the above locations may need you to complete a Stronghold before you have access to that particular Legion Event.
How to Complete Legion Events in Diablo 4
To complete Legion Events, you must defeat various waves of enemies and mini-bosses, before taking on a final Overlord boss.
It’s quite simple to complete:
- Slay enemies within a timer to spawn a ‘Servant of Hell’ – defeat this elite enemy
- Repeat the above two more times
- Defeat the final ‘Overlord’ boss and then claim your rewards

How fast you defeat enemy mobs will determine how many Servants of Hell will spawn before the timer ends. If you manage to spawn and defeat all three, you get access to up to three reward chests.
Either way, you’ll gain access to 1 Exquisite Blood when completing the event in World Tier 4!
Where to Find World Bosses in Diablo 4
Diablo 4 World Bosses spawn randomly in one of five possible locations. Here are all five locations and their nearest Waypoints:
