How to Find the Jeweler to Upgrade Gems in D4
You can upgrade Gems by combining multiple Gems of the same type and quality at the Jeweler.
You can find the Jeweler in most large towns and settlements in Diablo 4. Just look out for the Gem symbol on your map.

Each Gem type has five tiers of quality and can be upgraded at the Jeweler in the ‘Craft Gems’ tab of the shopkeeper’s inventory screen.

To upgrade your Gems level, you’ll need to combine three Gems of quality and spend a fee of gold to get the next quality level of that Gem.
Being able to slot Gems in and out of your weapons and armor with ease will ensure greater build variety as you stomp about Sanctuary. They have the potential to add a huge amount of power to your gear, especially with the higher-quality Gems you’ll be using in the late game.
What are Gems in Diablo 4?
Gems are items that you can slot into open sockets (if they have them) in your weapons and armor. There are seven Gem types, each with giving different stat bonuses depending on the type of gear piece you slot them into.
You will find Gems from Ore Veins out in the open world and as random loot drops as you go about your business in Sanctuary.
Lastly, you can upgrade your gem level at any Jeweler in the town of your choice.
