Call of Duty has a new Zombies Perk-a-Cola to discover in Black Ops 6 Season 2, though Death Perception will be familiar to longtime fans.
We’re getting even more Zombies content in the Black Ops 6 Season 2 update, and a new round-based map is just the tip of the iceberg.
While exploring the depths of The Tomb, you may find yourself trapped in more than a few tight spaces. And with zombie hordes around every corner, it helps to know what’s on its way out of the darkness.
That’s where Death Perception, Black Ops 6’s newest Perk, comes in!
What Does Death Perception Do in Black Ops 6?
Death Perception is a Perk that gives its drinker the ability to detect enemies through obstacles and walls by revealing outlines of their bodies.
Treyarch has also teased that Death Perception is receiving “new abilities for its Black Ops 6 debut.”
However, whether the developer is referring to a secret bonus base ability or the Perk-a-Cola’s Augments is currently unknown.
All Augments
Black Ops 6 Zombies players can research the following Augments for Death Perception:
Major Augments
| Treasure Hunter | Spot items others can miss from loot containers as well as Special and Elite kills. |
| Death Stare | Your Elemental Weakness damage has a chance to kill an enemy that is low on health. |
| Critical Eye | Small chance that a body shot becomes a critical shot. |
Minor Augments
| Bird’s Eye View | The minimap’s scan rate is increased. |
| Extra Change | Find extra Essence under more locations. |
| Further Insight | Increase perception radius. |
How to Get Death Perception Perk
The Death Perception Perk can be purchased from its Perk-a-Cola machine on The Tomb map, or from Der Wunderfizz, by spending Essence collected by killing zombies.
The Wunderfizz vending machine spawns at Round 25 on Standard Mode, or from Round 1 on Directed Mode.
On Terminus, Liberty Falls, and Citadelle des Morts, which do not have a Death Perception Perk-a-Cola machine, the only way to buy Death Perception is by using Der Wunderfizz.
Death Perception can also be obtained via any Easter Egg that grants players the Free Perk Power-Up, or by using a GobbleGum such as Soda Fountain to gain a random Perk.
Of course, the Perkaholic GobbleGum, which grants its user every Perk in the game, will also work.
