The March 2 update for Black Ops Cold War isn't a huge one but it brings some important changes and fixes.
Find out the two new game modes added and all of the bugs fixed here.
New Cold War Game Modes
The March 2 update for Black Ops Cold War has brought two new game modes. One is for multiplayer and the other is for Zombies.
Also, make sure to check out everything added in the new Warzone update too.
Rapid Fire Moshpit
The first new game mode added to Cold War in the update is called Rapid Fire Moshpit.
This is a very fast-paced 6v6 game mode where players won't have time to stop. This includes TDM, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Hardpoint on all of the game's most chaotic maps.
Additionally, there will be constant spy planes and no Ghost perk allowed. This means that everyone will be on the mini-map all the time.
Treyarch also claims that wait times will be shorter in this game mode too.
Dead Ops Arcade: First Person
Zombies fans also have something new to play in the Cold War March 2 update. Dead Ops Arcade: First Person is exactly what it sounds like.
It brings the arcadey fun of Dead Ops into a more familiar perspective. You can even sprint, jump, slide and swim in first person.
Cold War Zombies Glitches Fixed
The rest of the Cold War update focuses mainly on fixing some glitches with Cold War Zombies.
Firstly, the patch fixes this incredibly frustrating Tier V Juggernog bug which can kill you if you're not careful.
Other fixes include one for the Krasny Soldat miniboss' flamethrower, which wasn't working properly. Now it will be even more terrifying when the Krasny Soldat jumps halfway across the map at you.
In addition, glitches with the Healing Aura, Tombstone Soda, and the Holadout and Eliminate objectives have been fixed. Also, find out the best perks to buy in Black Ops Cold War Zombies.
The update also includes changes that improve stability in Cold War Zombies' Outbreak mode.
Meanwhile, find out how this glitch gave a Cold War Zombies player billions of Aetherium crystals.
Playing Outbreak is a great way to get crystals but it's also good for getting XP too. Check out our guide to fast XP in Outbreak Zombies.
