No, you are not able to gameshare the MW3 Beta. This is because each beta code is linked to the account it was used on and has nothing to do with the console-sharing settings.
The only way to get your hands on the MW3 Beta is by obtaining a code or pre-ordering the game. Only the account that has pre-ordered Modern Warfare 3 or entered a code will have access to the beta.
Of course, this will be a blow to players who regularly gameshare with friends to reduce the cost of the game.
The MW3 Beta is live for two weekends, with the first ending on October 10, 2023, for PlayStation players only.
Weekend 2 of the beta will kick off on October 12, 2023, and run until October 16, 2023. This leaves plenty of time for players whose gamesharing plans have been halted to pre-order MW3 and gain access.
After these dates, the next time you can play MW3 is when the full version goes live on November 10, 2023.
