The Burger King promotion which unlocks a skin in MW2 is fairly popular, but it may be difficult to unlock for some.

Call of Duty has a long history of promoting its upcoming games with popular brands. In fact, Modern Warfare 2 continues with 2XP and COD Points for Mountain Dew drinkers, like years before.

One of the strangest promotions, however, is the Burger King skin for MW2. The skin is a man with military-like accessories in a Burger Town top, a reference to the fictional food chain throughout Call of Duty games.

How to Get Burger King Skin in MW2

To get the Burger King skin in MW2, you’ll need to purchase the Modern Warfare 2 meal from select Burger King stores in over 40 countries. Once you do this you’ll receive a redeemable code.

The meal, which comes with fries, Burger King’s iconic Whopper, and a drink, will cost roughly the same amount as a standard meal if it’s available to you. Although, the contents may change depending on your region.

• Purchase the Call of Duty meal from Burger King (or Baconator Meal from Hungry Jack’s)
• After this, you will receive a code for the Burger King skin, as well as 2XP, in your email inbox
• Head to the Call of Duty Burger King site
• Log in to your Call of Duty account
• Enter your Burger King (Hungry Jack’s) code
• Follow the instructions to receive the rewards
• You’ll then have the Burger King Operator Skin for Conor in MW2

You don’t need 2XP to reach higher levels, though. Here’s how to level up fast in Modern Warfare 2!

For those outside of the listed regions, you can still get the Burger King skin for MW2, but it will certainly hurt your wallet.

Can You Get Burger King Skin for MW2 in US or UK?

You can not receive a code directly from Burger King in the US or UK. However, if you get hold of one you can still redeem it as the codes are region-free. There are two ways to do this:

1. Get a code from friends or family in one of the 40 countries supporting the promotion
2. Players can purchase a code for the Burger King skin from sellers online

Some are priced as high as $40, meaning you’ll be spending more and not being able to eat the associated meal. However, this is the only option if you’re desperate.

Failing both methods, you can hope and see if the skin becomes available in a different way, however, there’s no indication of this happening.
