Black Ops Cold War's crossplay beta kicks off later this week, and Treyarch has released a new trailer to get us ready for it.
The first weekend was exclusive to PlayStation 4. Weekend 2, on the other hand, will allow players on all three platforms (Xbox One, PS4, and PC) to join in.
This weekend of the open beta should also offer some new maps and modes for players to enjoy.

Crossplay Beta Trailer
In Weekend 2 of the beta, a brand new mode called Fireteam Dirty Bomb will be available for the first time. This mode involves "10 four-player Fireteams drop into the largest maps," as mentioned in the Black Ops Cold War beta mode recon.
The 30-second clip offers a brief look at some new footage, including two new maps for Fireteam.
It looks like the two new maps shown are called Ruka and Alpine.

From what it seems, Ruka takes in place in an open jungle area, whereas Alpine is set in a ski resort.
Weekend 1 came to an end earlier today. Although it was a relatively smooth experience, it also came with its fair share of issues. One of which is a new broken sliding exploit that leads to a major speed boost.
That wasn't all that some players were unhappy with either. You can find out the biggest fan complaint with the Black Ops Cold War Beta here.
