For the first time ever, Call of Duty players will be able to customize their Wonder Weapons in Black Ops 6 Zombies, with a selection of special skins!
Black Ops 6 Zombies is shaping up to be a perfect mix of classic and innovative undead survival gameplay, and we just got our first look at Liberty Falls gameplay at COD NEXT.
During the gameplay showcase, the team at Treyarch had plenty to reveal about what’s coming to Black Ops 6 Zombies later down the line – such as the new Directed Zombies mode that will help casual players complete the Main Quest Easter Egg.
But one interesting reveal that seems to have flown under the radar is the revelation that Black Ops 6 will feature never-seen-before skins for Wonder Weapons!
Black Ops 6 Zombies Wonder Weapon Skins
It appears that Wonder Weapons in Black Ops 6 Zombies will have a degree of customization to them, with players able to unlock new skins for the powerful weaponry.
Treyarch confirms that each new Call of Duty Zombies map will come with its own unique Wonder Weapon. And players can then make their favorite overpowered guns even more personalized by applying special weapon skins.
We’ve got the full list of Black Ops 6 Zombies Wonder Weapons right here. However, the developer has yet to reveal any of the mysterious Wonder Weapon skins.
The Treyarch team hinted that players who complete the Main Quest on a map might learn what the Wonder Weapon skin looks like, indicating that this could be the main way to unlock new cosmetics.
However, we also think it’s likely that some skins will be exclusive to the COD Store, requiring players to spend real money for the cosmetics.
Of course, any difference in appearance might be somewhat mitigated once you Pack-a-Punch your Wonder Weapon anyway.
After all, powering up your gun will apply a custom camo to the entirety of the weapon, as usual.
