Black Ops 6 Season 1 Reloaded added a new Perk-a-Cola, Vulture Aid, for players to try out, and one user just discovered a hilarious interaction with the Perk on Liberty Falls.
If you haven’t had a chance to jump into Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Season 1 Reloaded update, you’re missing out on some excellent new Zombies content.
Not only do we have a brand-new round-based map, Citadelle des Morts, but Treyarch has also added a new Ammo Mod, Field Upgrade, and Perk-a-Cola for players to discover.
These new additions can all be used across all three Zombies maps, and it seems that at least one of them is leading to unintended circumstances on Liberty Falls.
Vulture Aid’s Unintended Feature
Over on the COD Zombies subreddit, one player has discovered an unintended feature that’s only possible by using the Vulture Aid Perk.
For those unaware, Vulture Aid is available on Liberty Falls (and Terminus) by using Der Wunderfizz machine or a GobbleGum such as Perkaholic.
Usually, Vulture Aid increases the amount of loot dropped by enemies, adding Essence Vials and Ammo Packs to the list of dropped items. However, when using the Picky Eater Augment, players will also receive their current equipment from slain enemies more frequently.
And when user a7oub got their hands on Vulture Aid, they found that this even includes special quest items such as the Strauss Counter!
This special Liberty Falls equipment is usually restricted to just a single drop, which is what makes this new feature so interesting. Now, multiple players can theoretically complete one of the final Easter Egg Main Quest steps all at once.
In theory, this should work for other quest equipment too, though as far as we can remember this is the only item that replaces your active Tactical.
Of course, it works for the Incantations in Citadelle des Morts, but that’s almost certainly its intended use! It’ll be fun to see if Treyarch patches out the ability to clone other quest items – or whether this remains in the game until a new map arrives.
