It seems that Call of Duty’s cheating problems never end, as hackers are already ruining matches in Black Ops 6.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta has only been live for a few hours, and we’re already seeing reports of cheaters in the Multiplayer trial.
Despite the fact that you need a Beta key to access the Black Ops 6 Beta, cheaters have already found their way in.
And it seems that Treyarch’s upcoming title won’t be the Call of Duty game that finally eliminates the hacker problem for good.
Hackers Already Present in Black Ops 6 Beta
Reports of cheaters in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta are already beginning to flood in as fans encounter hackers in Early Access.
In a clip that’s doing the rounds on social media, we can see a player spectating a hacker as they tear through the lobby on Skyline.
The cheating player has full wallhacks and aimbot, allowing them to destroy the enemy team with no effort.
All the while, the user was even advertising ‘cheap Beta codes in bio,’ indicating that they have more than a few codes in reserve in case they’re banned.
It’s perhaps worth pointing out that all Xbox Game Pass users get access to the Black Ops 6 Beta. And so even if Activision does ban these cheating players, they could rejoin the Black Ops Beta for just $1!
How Are Cheats Available So Soon?
It’s likely that cheats were ready to go on day one of the Beta due to the leaked build of Black Ops 6 that has been playable for the last few weeks.
The clip below is from the playable leaked Beta build of the game and was uploaded before the Beta Early Access went live.
It’s also possible that the game is easier to prepare cheats for due to its use of the same shared engine as Modern Warfare 3.
Hopefully, Activision is already hard at work countering the latest cheater tech, before Black Ops 6 starts to get overrun with hacking players.
After all, it’s bad enough that some players who have mastered Omnimovement already look like they’re hacking!
