There are plenty of new things to do in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet The Teal Mask DLC, and one of them involves following Billy and O’Nare as they explore the Kitakami and Paldea regions.
The Teal Mask DLC introduces Billy and O’Nare as an incredibly wealthy couple who are members of the Glitterati and a wealthy group set on exploring the world. They see you as a commoner and will shower you with riches when you find them and beat them in battle.

First Billy & O’Nare Location – Apple Hills
The first location where you find Billy and O’Nare is in the Apple Hills of Kitakami, overlooking Kitakami Road and Moussi Town. You’ll see both of them talking to themselves at the edge of the cliff.
Speak to them to begin your first encounter with these wealthy characters.
- When you first encounter them, they will treat you as a sort of wild Pokemon since they don’t see many “commoners,” as they say.
- They will challenge you to a duel and promise to reward you with “riches” if you manage to beat them. Billy refers to this as “throwing the common folk a bone.”
- Accept their challenge, and O’Nare will send out a Level 65 Persian.
- After you defeat her Persian, O’Nare will reward you with 17,420 Pokemon Dollars.
Second Location – Fury Falls
The second location where you find Billy and O’Nare is in Fury Falls in North Province (Area Two). Fast travel to Fury Falls and climb the rock to the right of the Fury Falls sign. Billy and O’Nare are at the top of the first cliff, staring at a waterfall.
Speak to them, and O’Nare will reward you with 15 Big Pearls.
Third Location – South Province (Area Five)
The third location where you find Billy and O’Nare is in the South Province (Area Five), on a small cliff overlooking South Province (Area One).
Interact with the couple, and they will reward you with 15 Gold Nuggets.
Fourth Location – Return to Apple Hills
The fourth location where you find Billy and O’Nare in the Teal Mask DLC is in the Apple Hills, where you first encountered them, but this time inside of the apple grove, looking at the fruits.
Speak to them, and they’ll ask you for another battle. Interact with O’Nare and accept her duel. She will once again use a Level 65 Persian.
After you defeat her, O’Nare will reward you with 17,420 Pokemon Dollars.
Fifth Location – Casseroya Lake
The fifth location where you find Billy and O’Nare is in Casseroya Lake, on a small island in the southwestern area of the leak. You’ll see the couple standing in the middle of the small island.
Interact with them, and they will reward you with 10 Pearl Strings.
Six Location – Glaseado Mountain
The sixth location where you will find Billy and O’Nare is in the northern region of Glaseado Mountain. They’ll be near a flower bed in the middle of a snowy landscape.
Speak with O’Nare, and they will reward you with 10 Big Nuggets.
Seventh & Final Billy & O’Nare Location – Great Crater of Paldea
The seventh and final location where you find Billy and O’Nare is near the Great Crater of Paldea, north of the Mesagoza (East Gate) fast travel station.
Speak to them, and O’Nare will once again challenge you to a duel after hearing that you were able to enter the Great Crater while she was not. Accept her duel, and she will send out the following Pokemon:
- Level 65 Arboliva
- Level 65 Persian
After you defeat her, you will receive 70,104 Pokemon Dollars.
Once the final battle is over, O’Nare will realize that all people are equal, and she will ask if that’s the lesson you were looking to teach them while following them around the different areas.
No matter your answer, she will reward you with 25 Big Nuggets, a Glitterati Case, and the Oh No! Emote for the valuable lesson.
All Rewards From Billy & O’Nare in The Teal Mask DLC
For finding all seven locations of Billy and O’Nare in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet The Teal Mask DLC, players will obtain all of the following rewards:
- 105,260 Pokemon Dollars
- 15 Big Pearls
- 15 Nuggets
- 10 Pearl Strings
- 35 Big Nuggets
If you were to sell all of the items that you receive, which we recommend since they have no other use, then you will end up with a total of 1,039,944 Pokemon Dollars.
This means you will have enough Pokemon Dollars to purchase The Flash Festival Jinhei Outfit by donating 1,000,000 Poke Dollars to The Caretaker after completing the entire The Teal Mask DLC campaign.
How to Equip Glitterati Case
To equip the Glitterati Case that you obtain from the Billy and O’Nare quest, follow these steps:
- Press Left on the D-Pad.
- Navigate to the left once to find the Rotom Phone option.
- Choose the Glitterati Case by pressing A.
- Confirm that you want to equip this new case to your phone.
In The Teal Mask DLC, this change of case can even go a step further by allowing the design of your case to carry over to compatible apps like your map.
To do this, you need to speak to the app developer outside of The Loyalty Plaza in the Kitakami Region.
Who Are Billy & O’Nare in The Teal Mask DLC?
Billy and O’Nare are two new wealthy characters introduced in The Teal Mask DLC that players can find in different parts of Kitakami and Paldea in order to battle them and obtain some unique rewards.
Their names are a play on the word billionaire, showing just how wealthy the two of them are.
