Best Warzone 2 Perk Package – Can You Custom Edit Them?

Perk Package Warzone 2

Best Overall Perk Package in Warzone 2

The best overall perk package to use in Warzone 2 is the Vanguard Perk Package because of its strong array of perks with little wasted space.

It features High Alert which, thanks to Warzone 2’s low Time To Kill, can be the difference between life an death. Similarly, Bomb Squad and Double Time could save your life in a number of situations.

This perk package is best suited for aggressive players who push enemy positions hard but it can also be used for a variety of playstyles thanks to its versatility.

Vanguard Perk Package

Best Perk Package for Overkill

Only the Weapon Specialist Perk Package in Warzone 2 has the Overkill Perk. This means that if you want to use a loadout with multiple custom weapons, then this is the Perk Package you’ll need to use.

However, Weapon Specialist has quickly become the worst Perk Package in Warzone 2, especially now that Custom Weapons only cost $2,500 apiece.

Overkill is now one of the Battle Royale’s worst perks and one to avoid taking unless you’re dropping in from the Gulag and immediately need both of your weapons back.

There is no other way to get Overkill in Warzone 2 for now, so at least it’s a good way to obtain several of the best weapons in the current meta at once.

Weapon Specialist

Best Perk Package For Snipers

The best perk package for snipers is the Scout Perk Package because it has Focus and Ghost. These two perks are worth using if you fight long-range battles in Warzone 2.

With Ghost, you’ll be able to remain undetectable through UAVs, which can help you stay hidden from any aggressive players that may come at you from behind.

Focus will allow you to hold your breath longer and get the perfect shot without worry.

If you’re looking for a Sniper to use with this Perk Package, then the SP-R 208 loadout might be your best bet!

Scout

Can You Edit Custom Perk Package in Warzone 2?

No, there is currently no way to edit your own Perk Package in Warzone 2. However, some Warzone players who do not own MW2 seem to be able to edit their Perk Packages.

Activision has yet to comment on this but content creator JGOD confirms that company representatives informed him that the ability to edit perks is unintended.

This has come as a disappointment to many players who have been used to editing their perk selection in previous Call of Duty titles.

Any changes moving forward are likely to be listed in the Warzone 2 Trello Board.

Make sure you’re using the best Perk Packages and maybe you’ll be next to appear on the Warzone 2 Kill Record leaderboard!
