Best Modern Warfare 2 Settings for High FPS on PC
Before we go into our best settings for MW2, we recommend reducing visual recoil to increase accuracy in Modern Warfare 2.
Display
Most of the Display options will be automatically set without the need to change anything. However, there are a few options we recommend changing.
- Display Mode: Fullscreen Borderless
- V-Sync: Off
- Custom Frame Rate Limit:
- Press Show More to access the three options here
- Gameplay Custom Frame Rate Limit: Adjust this for the refresh rate of your monitor
These are the only options that you really need to adjust here. Although, you can make further changes based on your preferences.
