The best team to use in the Pokemon GO Mountain Cup: Great League Edition is Escavalier, Diggersby, and Walrein.

This trio of Pokemon balances attack and defense well while also being able to counter most of the meta picks for this cup. However, other Pokemon such as Lucario, Ferrothorn, Torterra, and Gliscor are also strong picks.

Pokemon GO Mountain Cup: Great League Edition Rules

Players taking part in the Pokemon GO Mountain Cup: Great League Edition must select Pokemon according to the following rules:

  • Pokemon must be 1500 CP or less to enter
  • Only Pokemon of the following types are eligible:
    • Ground-
    • Ice-
    • Rock-
    • Steel-
  • Swampert is banned

Dual-type Pokemon are allowed in the Mountain Cup as long as one of their types is Ground, Ice, Rock, or Steel.

When is the Mountain Cup: Great League Edition? Start & End Date

The Mountain Cup: Great League Edition is running from March 22 to March 29, 2023. This is according to the Season 10: Rising Heroes GO Battle League Schedule.
