Warzone’s brand-new Urzikstan map is fast approaching, and alongside that, all of the Modern Warfare 3 guns will be coming to the game in December.
However, if you don’t have enough time to max out all of the weapons before the MW3 integration, you’ll need to prioritize which ones you level up.

Below, we have a brief rundown of why you should level up each gun, as well as what each of these weapons is good at. That way, you can decide which ones to prioritize reaching max level with!
KATT-AMR
In our opinion, the KATT AMR is the only one of the MW3 sniper rifles worth leveling up for Warzone, as it is likely the only one that will be able to kill with one headshot.
With visual recoil being lowered for in MW3 (and therefore Warzone after the integration), we expect that snipers will not be part of the meta, though. Assault rifles will most likely dominate long-range gunfights in Urzikstan.
DG-58 LSW
The DG-58 LSW will likely be a solid weapon in Warzone, as it has low recoil and good damage output. It also has quite fast handling and reload speed for an LMG.
Renetti
The Renetti is definitely the best sidearm to level up ahead of the MW3 integration into Warzone.
With the JAK Ferocity Carbine Kit, you can turn the Renetti into a fully automatic pistol, giving it damage output that can rival some of the meta SMGs!
WSP Swarm
The WSP Swarm is a great MW3 gun to level up for Warzone, as it has a very fast fire rate, time-to-kill, and mobility.
The only downside is its lack of range, so it may be a better choice for the smaller Warzone maps.
Bruen MK9
The Bruen MK9 will be returning to Warzone soon, and while it probably won’t dominate matches like it did in Verdansk, it should still be a powerful choice for Urzikstan.
It has very low recoil, great range, and is almost as fast as an AR with the 60 Round Mag!
Striker 9
The Striker 9 will be a very solid weapon to use in Warzone as it has impressive stats across the board.
This SMG has it all and is essentially the MW3 version of the popular Lachmann Sub from MW2!
MTZ-556
Another MW3 weapon worth leveling up ahead of the MW3 integration into Warzone is the MTZ-556.
This assault rifle is perfect for mid-range combat, thanks to its fast fire rate, good mobility, and low recoil.
MCW
Despite its slightly slower time-to-kill, the MCW will almost certainly be a meta weapon once it drops in Warzone.
It has next to no recoil when you equip the right attachments, meaning that you’ll be able to be pinpoint accurate even over long distances.
Rival-9
The Rival-9 is the best MW3 SMG to level up for Warzone because it has a very fast time-to-kill and an even quicker fire rate.
It is also very easy to use, thanks to its low recoil, and will let you move around the map and ADS very quickly.
Holger 556
The Holger 556 has dominated MW3 Multiplayer so far, so it is the best weapon to level up ahead of Modern Warfare 3’s integration into Warzone in December.
It has excellent accuracy and damage, despite its low fire rate, so expect this to dominate long-range battles in Urzikstan!
