Picking the right attachments to make the best Cold War Krig 6 loadout can help you beam player across the map.
The Krig 6 is a new weapon to the Call of Duty franchise, and a welcomed one at that.
This new weapon fills a slot in the assault rifle class that is as old as Call of Duty itself, a slot previously held by the ACR (Modern Warfare 2) and the ICR 7 (Black Ops 4).
However, what all of these weapons have in common is a low damage profile, mixed with extremely low recoil.
These types of weapons are always a fan-favorite because if a call of duty exists, you can bet "all-in" that a low recoil, low damage assault rifle will be within the ranks.
This year the Krig 6 technically replaces last year's M13 from Modern Warfare (2019) as an absolute laser beam.
This weapon in the right hands is a jack of all trades and a master of none.
That exact balance of traits is what makes it such a notorious weapon type among the call of duty community. This combination of low recoil and low damage means that the Krig 6 can be twisted, mangled, and forced into any situation.
You can be sure that whatever the conflict, the Krig 6 will still hold its own.
Do you want to go close quarters combat? The Krig 6 is your weapon.
Do you want to fight at mid-range? The Krig 6 will handle it with grace.
Do you want to counter snipe in the sand dunes of Satellite? The Krig 6 can accommodate.
That's because the Krig 6 is, can, and will excel at any range and against any weapon class, but a weapon is nothing without the best attachments!
Best KRIG 6 Class In Cold War
The "M13.6" (Best up-close Krig 6 Loadout)
- Muzzle: suppressor
- Barrel: 15.5" Contour
- Magazine: 40 RND Speed mag
- Handle: Airborne Elastic Wrap
- Stock: SAS Combat stock
The Krig 6 is such a low recoil weapon that we won't be bothered with touching its recoil control with any attachments.
This loadout is aimed towards close range but can easily be used in mid-range far fight, even long-range if you're in a pinch.
At the heart of this loadout is handling. When we talk about close range loadouts, we usually focus on aim down sight time and sprint out times.
However, for this one, we are going to be focusing on outmaneuvering the enemies.
Starting off, with 15.5 Contour Barrel offering a 10% boost to our strafing speed, allowing us to move side to side and avoid incoming enemy fire.
Meanwhile, they can't help themselves but receive our shots with open arms.
This massive handling boost will come at a pretty heavy downside that is a 25% decrease to our bullet velocity.
For our next attachment, we will be using the Flashguard 5.56, allowing us to play with our position.
The Flashguard 5.56 works in the way that every time we fire our weapon, the enemy will get a red ping on their mini-map. What the Flashguard 5.56 does is that it will reduce the muzzle flash by 90%
In other words that the red ping on the enemy's mini-map will fade a lot faster. In turn, allowing us "shoot & scoot" and feed the enemy false information about our personal whereabouts.
Next on the list is speed.
We are gonna be using our trusty Airborne Elastic Wrap with its 30% boost to our aim down sight speed, offering the best in class when it comes to our aim down sight time.
The Airborne Elastic airborne wrap will also offer 90 percent flinch resistance.
For those of you who don't know, Black Ops Cold War has a totally different flinch mechanic than we have seen in other Call of Duty's.
The Airborne Elastic Wrap does come with a hit to our sprint to fire speed and a 10% decrease to our shooting move speed.
Speaking of shooting move speed.
To recuperate the time lost, we will be using the SAS Combat stock
This boosts our shooting move speed by 5%, allowing us to strafe faster under sustained fire
The SAS Combat Stock will also give us a massive boost to our aim walking movement speed by 40%. Making us have the best overall handling stat out of an assault rifle.
The SAS Combat Stock does come with a mild decrease to our hip-fire accuracy.
For our last attachment, we are going to be using the 40 RND Speed Mag. Giving us both a larger ammo pool and a faster reload when it comes to those multi-feed moments.
It does come with a minor hit to our aim down sight speed, but our trusty Airborne Elastic Wrap will not only negate that but keep us in the green.
This Krig 6 class is a show stopper whenever it comes to close to mid-range engagements. However, we know there is no feeling like seeing a sniper rage quit.
This next one is designed to beat them at their own game.
Best Krig 6 Class Setup For Warzone & Rebirth Island.
This loadout is setup for range, letting you challenge enemies at distances traditional assault rifles can't.
- Optic: Axial Arms 3x
- Muzzle: Agency suppressor
- Barrel: 19.7" Takedown Barrel
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
- Magazine: Stanag 50 RND
19.7" Takedown Barrel
The Krig 6 has recently been referred to as the "Kilo 2.0". For a good reason, it has an amazing damage profile and fairly low recoil, and the exact same fire rate.
Therefore we will be starting this class set up is the 19.7" Takedown Barrel.
Boosting the damage range from 34.5 meters all the way up to a whopping 111.7 meters.
Adding this barrel to the Krig 6 makes it always be in its maximum damage output to almost the top of the sniper range.
The 19.7" Takedown Barrel does come with 5% hit to our spriting move speed.
Field Agent Grip
For our next attachment, we will be taking the already amazing recoil pattern of the Krig 6 and overclocking it. To be one of the most accurate full auto weapons in the entire Warzone experience.
Therefore, we will be using the Field Agent Grip.
Adding a 6% boost to our vertical recoil control and a 20% boost to our horizontal recoil control making the Krig 6 a laser beam.
This will come at the cost of 20% of our spriting move speed.
Suppressors are a religion in Warzone. To make sure we are right with the Warzone "Gods" is the Agency Suppressor.
Keeping us off the radar with a 100% muzzle flash concealment,
on the other hand, the Agency Suppressor will also boost our effective damage rage.
Nonetheless, the Agency suppressor will decrease our aim walking steadiness. It will also add a minor penalty to our aim down sight speed.
Axial Arms 3x
With the amazing boost from the 19.7" Takedown Barrel, we will need an optic that takes advantage of that 111.5-meter effective damage range.
Therefore, we will be opting out for a heavy zoom on this class setup, the Axial Arms 3x.
Giving us clear sight picture to pick enemies off at range.
Stanag 50 RND
For our last attachment, we will be using the Stanag 50 RND.
This magazine attachment will increase our ammo capacity by 20 rounds, allowing us to deal with multiple threats at the cost of a 10% hit to our reload speed.
Since we will be fighting enemies at range, it will not be a problem as we can reposition and catch a reload.
However, the Stanag 50 RND will also increase our aim down sight time by 15%.
This class does not handle as fast as the base but is a laser at long range.
This loadout will allow you to pick people off from a vantage point without ever worrying that you will not be in your maximum kill range.
There is no wonder why the Call of Duty community is calling the Krig 6 the "Kilo 141 2.0".
There you have it; two amazing loadouts for both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War.
Whether you are dominating lobbies in Black Ops Cold War's multiplayer going head to head in Warzone both of this class set up are ready to level the competition. So... what are you waiting for?
If you're still working your way through the levels, here's how to rank up fast in Black Ops Cold War.
