Elden Ring Invincible Build Great Stars

How to Become Invincible & Immortal in Elden Ring – Best Health Regen & Damage Reduction Build

Using the best ‘invincible’ build in Elden Ring, as made by YouTuber RageGamingVideos, will give you an absolutely massive health bar and plenty of ways to heal outside of using your Flasks.

Plus, with the Incantations and Talismans, you can reach almost 80% damage reduction and have so much poise that it’s almost impossible to knock you over.

Here’s what you need to make this insanely OP build:

Elden Ring Invincible Build Weapons

Great Stars

Elden Ring Great Stars

The key to this build is the Great Stars Warhammer. This is because it has a hidden ability that lets you heal 1% every time you hit an enemy.

The best invincible build in Elden Ring has you power stance two Great Stars to deal a load of damage and regen double the health. However, you will need to be in Elden Ring’s New Game Plus to get two of these. If you’re in your first playthrough, you can use any other Great Hammer in your left hand to power stance.

Additionally, you’ll want to use the Endure Ash of War with the Frost affinity on the right hand. This massively reduces damage taken and can be bought for 600 runes from Knight Bernahl in Warmaster’s Shack or Volcano Manor.

Meanwhile, the left-hand weapon should have Prayerful Strike, which you can use in case you need some emergency healing. You can get this by killing an invisible scarab in the southwest of Leyndell’s moat.

Once you know how to get the Great Stars in Elden Ring, you’ll then need to know what incantations to use!

Elden Ring Invincible Build Spells & Incantations

Golden Vow

Elden Ring Golden Vow

The first incantation you’ll need to get is Golden Vow. This is integral to the build as it massively negates how much damage you take.

To be exact, it grants you a 10% reduction in incoming damage as well as a 15% increase to damage you do for 80 seconds! Therefore, you’ll want to use this before every boss fight.

Here’s where you can find Golden Vow in Elden Ring.

Blessing of the Erdtree

Elden Ring Blessing of the Erdtree

The second incantation you’ll need is Blessing of the Erdtree. This is because it heals you 12 HP a second for over 90 seconds, massively helping your survivability if you activate it before boss fights

You can get this right next to the Queen’s Bedchamber Site of Grace in Leyndell.

Elden Ring Invincible Build Talismans & Items

Erdtree’s Favor +2

Erdtree's Favor 2 Elden Ring

The most important Talisman to get is Erdtree’s Favor, as it increases your maximum health, Stamina, and Equip Load.

Here’s where to find Erdtree’s Favor +2, along with all of the Legendary Talismans in Elden Ring!

However, if you aren’t that far into the game, you can get the standard or +1 version of the Talisman in Fringefolk Hero’s Grave and the Subterranean Shunning grounds after defeating Mohg, the Omen respectively.

Crimson Amber Medallion +2

Elden Ring Crimson Amber Medallion

Your second Talisman should be the strongest version of the Crimson Amber Medallion you have. This is because it also increases your total HP.

You can get the Crimson Amber Medallion +2 southwest of the Leyndell, Capital of Ash Site of Grace by dropping down the open sewer grate onto the beam below.

Alternatively, the +1 version is in the Prison Town Church in Volcano Manor, and the standard Crimson Amber Medallion can be bought from a merchant in the east of Weeping Peninsula.

Dragoncrest Greatshield

Elden Ring Dragoncrest Greatshield

To increase your survivability, you’ll also want to equip the Dragoncrest Greatshield. This boosts your physical damage negation by 20%!

Old Lord’s Talisman / Taker’s Cameo

Elden Ring Old Lord's Talisman

Finally, your fourth Talisman slot is more of a free pick than the others. RageGamingVideos suggests the Old Lord’s Talisman as it can extend the duration of your spells, making Golden Vow and Blessing of the Erdtree even more effective.

Additionally, we think that the Taker’s Cameo you get from completing the Volcano Manor questline is another great choice. This is because it heals 3% of your max HP every time you kill an enemy!

Boiled Crab

Elden Ring Boiled Crab

The strangest part of this build is that you’ll probably want to have dozens of boiled crabs on you! This is because eating one greatly boosts your physical damage negation.

You can buy these from Blackguard Big Boggart in the moat outside Leyndell. You’ll need to have bought a boiled prawn from him in Liurnia previously for him to move here though.

Elden Ring Invincible Build Armor

Lionel Elden Ring

Despite this build being all about reducing damage, the armor you wear actually isn’t that important because most of the damage negation comes from the incantations.

Of course, try to use the heaviest armor you can whilst still having a medium equip load. The endgame goal is to have the Bull-Goat armor from completing the Patches quest but you could go for the Tree Sentinel armor set for some Elden Bling!

Elden Ring Invincible Build Minimum Stats

Finally, these are the minimum stats you’ll need to run this build effectively:

  • Vigor 60
  • Mind 15
  • Endurance 32
  • Strength 27
  • Dexterity 12
  • Intelligence 16
  • Faith 38
  • Arcane 9
