In celebration of the Lunar New Year, Supercell has added a new special challenge into the mix. While Season 7 of Clash Royale goes by the theme of the Lunar New Year, it doesn’t come as much of a surprise to see this challenge introduced. Here are the best Clash Royale Balloon Festival 1v1 decks to use.

Earlier this week, Supercell introduced the 2v2 version of this challenge into the game. Just like most challenges, there’s now 1v1 variation available.

For those who didn’t participate in the 2v2 version, Balloon Festival involves Balloons spawning into the arena from both King Towers. Things can get a little hectic towards the end because the longer the battle goes on, the faster the spawn rate.

Although this challenge is a one-off, it’s been kept traditional in terms of rules. Once you have received a total of 3 losses, you’re out. However, you can re-join with 0 losses and keep your progress if you’ve purchased the Season 7 Pass Royale.

Here’s a really good deck for the new balloon festival challenge, I got 8-0 with it. Lmk if it works or not from r/ClashRoyale

While there’s a bevy of rewards up for grabs, Supercell has evened the playing field for this challenge. All cards and towers have been capped at level 9, which means you won’t be at too much of a disadvantage against level 13s.

Even the rewards for the Clash Royale Balloon Festival challenge have remained close to the theme. Here’s what you’ll be able to get your hands on if you reach a few wins.

  • 1 Win: 888 Gold
  • 2 Wins: 8 Balloons
  • 3 Wins: 8 Gems
  • 4 Wins: 8888 Gold
  • 5 Wins: 8 Balloons
  • 6 Wins: 8888 Gold
  • 7 Wins: 888 Firecrackers
  • 8 Wins: Exclusive Emote

It’s important to note that this challenge is only available for a limited time, so you’ll want to test it out while you can! In fact, Supercell has confirmed it will end on January 29th, 2020.
