Battlefield Mobile is finally here, appearing on the Google Play Store, and it looks better than we expected.
A few months ago, we heard about Battlefield Mobile for the first time. EA revealed that it has 2 major Battlefield experiences on the way, one of which was coming to mobile devices.
This has long been overdue, especially considering the success of the COD Mobile app. However, we weren’t certain exactly how EA would manage to translate Battlefield’s large-scale gameplay and trademark destruction to smartphone devices.
Lately, we’ve been seeing new hints at the Battlefield 2042 Beta release date which is coming later this month. And now, it seems that Battlefield Mobile is also arriving to keep all eyes on the franchise!
Battlefield Mobile Release Date
Promising the “ultimate on-the-go FPS experience”, EA is releasing Battlefield Mobile on the Google Play Store.
Although the game isn’t available at this point in time, its release date isn’t far off. The last time we heard about the upcoming release, EA had it on the schedule for early 2022.
“Rally your squad and lead the charge,” the store listing reads. “The Battlefield™ franchise has arrived on mobile with all your favorite FPS combat, superior teamplay, and genre-defining destruction you’ve come to expect from Battlefield, now more thrilling than ever.”
With authentic weapons and game-changing gadgets, developer Industrial Toys is building the ultimate free-to-play Battlefield experience for mobile.
Although the game won’t cost anything outright, it will contain collectible cosmetics, unlockables, and Battle Passes for monetization.
New Battlefield Mobile Details
The Google Play listing promises that anything from Weapons to Skins can be personalized before dropping into the action. Unlike Battlefield 2042’s unpopular Specialist system, players will be choosing from Assault, Recon, Medic, and Support classes once more.
What’s more, players can go it alone on the battlefield or use powerful vehicles such as ATVs and Tanks to turn the tide of the combat.
According to Battlefield dataminer temporyal, the Battlefield Mobile play tests begin in Autumn 2021. However, it appears that Indonesia and the Philippines will be first up at bat for testing.
On top of that, only Android devices will be able to play the upcoming play tests – with the Grand Bazaar map and Conquest mode available to try out early.
However, lately EA has been promising that Battlefield 2042 leakers will be banned from the game permanently. We still expect to see some mobile leaks, but it wouldn’t be a good idea to share new information yourself!
Despite this promise, we just got new gameplay of Battlefield 2042 and the game is shaping up to be a huge success. However, fans are beginning to worry about how little we’re seeing of the upcoming title.
What’s more, Battlefield 2042 cheats already exist, even before the Beta! And although we know Battlefield 2042’s anti-cheat is a strong deterrent, we still have cause for concern.
