A new Battlefield 2042 leak has just given us a look at a possible specialist being added, Hale.
Battlefield 2042 hasn’t had the best of launches. Despite claims that almost everyone at Dice is currently working on Battlefield 2042, players have yet to see much to show for it in the game itself.
So it’s no surprise that the player base dropped to less than 1000 players just recently.
But there seems to be some hope on the horizon. Battlefield 2042’s April Update is massive and includes over 400 different fixes and changes to the game.
And now it looks like new specialists are making their way into the battlefield.
Battlefield 2042: Specialist Hale – Everything We Know
Earlier today, a new leak was found by a popular Data Miner, Temporyal, which showcased a new Battlefield 2042 Specialist, Hale.
It seems that Hale will have an RC Drone that he will be able to control. According to the In-Game Challenges that are tied to him, Hale will also be able to aid considerably with disabling enemy vehicles and gadgets.
It seems like he will be more of a recon and support type of character.
The leak also suggests that two more specialists were found in the gams data files named Liz and Crawford.
Dice has yet to confirm any of this.
Specialist Hale is only one of the significant changes that are hopefully coming to Battlefield 2042 in the coming weeks.
Dice also has a few map changes being implemented following its Core Feedback session.
All these updates seem to be lining up to be released alongside Season 1 of Battlefield 2042.
It’s been a rocky few months for Battlefield 2042, and its lack of content at launch has been frustrating for many players. But hopefully, things begin to look up for the popular franchise.
