This week’s Treasure Map challenge can be found in Flush Factory. These challenges are usually quite tricky. However, this week’s is really quite simple.
Fortnite Treasure Map in Flush Factory
The challenge list rates this as [HARD]. But, for those that play the game often enough, you will definitely recognise the location of this week’s battle star. The map shows a house, a shed, a container and a path. They look to be on top of a mountain – which they are.
This is the mountain that sits slightly between Salty Springs and Fatal Fields. If you’re wanting more specifics, it can be find in F8 on the map. Just down the little dirt road leading from the house is where you will find this week’s battle star.
Finding the location of this challenge will earn you 10 stars towards your next level.
Other Week 3 Challenges
The other ‘free’ challenges for this week include Dealing Damage to Opponents and Using a Launchpad. These are all things that most players will do in their day-to-day games anyway. Completing all of the free challenges will get you 20 stars towards the next level.
For the Battle Pass challenges players have to Search 7 Chests in Fatal Fields, Shoot 5 Clay Pigeons in different locations, Eliminate Opponents in Haunted Hills and finally, get 3 Explosive Weapon Eliminations.
These will push players to land in the less popular areas of the map and to make use of explosives more. With the constant addition of new places and new weapons to games, it is important to provide stimulus for players to still visit older places on the map to avoid over-crowding.
Completing all of these challenges will earn you 30 stars towards the next level. By completing all 7 of them, players will receive 50 stars.
