August 2023 is a huge month for Pokemon GO Raids Hours, as there are a whopping six events taking place. While four of these Raid Hours feature Legendary Pokemon, two of them have Primal Pokemon as the featured boss!
All of the Pokemon GO Raid Hours in August 2023 take place from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, with one scheduled for each Wednesday. Additionally, there is a bonus Raid Hour on Thursday, August 24, just before Pokemon GO Fest: Global!

The shiny version of all of the Raid Bosses apart from Regidrago are available to catch, and the odds are pretty good too. Every Legendary Pokemon in Pokemon GO has a 5% chance to be shiny, meaning that, on average, 1 in 20 of them will be the rare shiny version!
Also, even if Raid Hours are the best time to catch all of these featured Pokemon, they will all be available to battle outside of these events too.

Each of the featured Legendary Pokemon will be available to catch for at least a week during August 2023, while Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon will be in Raids for three days, from August 23 to August 26.
