In addition to Apex Legends’ one-year anniversary, February also marked the launch of Season 4. Although there’s still plenty of time to rank up your Battle Pass, it’s eventually going to come to an end.
Even though the next major content drop in Apex Legends might be some time away, we have compiled a guide on everything we know so far regarding Season 5 regardless.
Respawn Entertainment is yet to officially discuss when some of their upcoming plans will come into fruition, but tradition might give us a rough idea of what to expect.
Apex Legends Season 5 Release Date
There’s usually a three-month period between the release of each season. Given that the latest season arrived on February 4th, it looks like the Apex Legends Season 4 end date is May 5th, 2020.
This has led many to believe that the Apex Legends Season 5 release date is on the same date, right after the end of its predecessor.
There’s no confirmation regarding this so far, but it would be at least safe to assume that this season will come to a close in early May 2020. This is, of course, assuming there are no delays or changes of plan. We’ll have to wait and see what Respawn has in store, but in the meantime, you can mark down early may in your calendar.
The time is also currently unknown, but if history repeats itself, Season 5 will most likely kick off around 6PM BST / 10AM PST.
In terms of what to expect, it could be anyone’s best guess given the lack of communication on the matter. However, it’s possible that Loba is on the horizon as the next character. This is based on the fact her arrival has been touted for a while now, but it’s there’s always been another character take her spot instead.
