Amazon is preparing for a PS5 Digital Edition restock for its Prime members today.

PS5 is sadly still scarce and retailers are not able to keep up with demand.

As for Amazon, the retailer recently had a PS5 Disc version drop.

The retailer had a series of Amazon Prime members console restocks that were considered a success in the last few weeks. Unfortunately, these restocks did not include PS5 consoles.

Amazon is back at it again and this time it is looking to make PS5 fans happy.

Amazon added a Prime Member priority access to its PS5 Digital Edition product listing, which hints at an imminent restock happening very soon.

Lately, Amazon has been adding this disclaimer to its consoles to confirm a drop. A few moments after this occurrence, a drop occurs.

Retailers could keep up with the demand if the suppliers could keep up with the necessary components. The electronic industry is struggling in this department, especially with high end BGAs and chips.
