This special location does not have the traditional Stable building, instead it serves as a pasture for livestock. Despite not getting the usual stable services, you can do two helpful things at Hateno Pasture:

  • You can trade Dantz 3 acorns for a bottle of fresh milk. You can do this as long as you bring him three acorns. Note that by night, he is usually inside the housefarm, and not in the pasture.
  • At Hateno Pasture you can get a Hateno Cheese store by starting and completing the quest “A Letter to Koyin.”
    • You can get this quest by speaking with Koyin, who is on the edge of the small lake in the pasture.
    • Then, you’ll need to make a small raft with a couple of logs.
    • After this, proceed to get close enough to the bottle floating in the lake and use Ultrahand on it.
    • Get the bottle close to Koyin and speak with her. Then, she will return inside the farmhouse next to the pasture.
    • Speak with her and she will open a cheese store. You can buy Hateno Cheese for 20 Rupees, or bring her some fresh milk so she can give you cheese in exchange.
