There are 3 Battle Arenas to discover in Hogwarts Legacy, allowing students to get in some extra combat practice. Here’s where to find each one:
- A ruin just north of the East North Ford Bog Floo Flame
- A ruin southwest of Irondale
- In the Forbidden Forest, right next to the East North Hogwarts Region Floo Flame
However, there are a few requirements to complete before unlocking all three Battle Arenas.
You’ll want to unlock each one as Battle Arenas are one of the best ways to level up fast in Hogwarts Legacy!
East North Ford Battle Arena
Requirements: This Battle Arena is available as soon as you are able to explore outside the Hogwarts Castle Grounds.
How to Unlock East North Ford Battle Arena in Hogwart Legacy
- To unlock the Battle Arena, simply head to this location on the map, to the north of the East North Ford Bog Floo Flame.

- Once there, you’ll see an indication that there are 20 pots to destroy appear in the top right of the screen.

- Use Revelio (left on the D-Pad) and it’ll highlight all nearby pots in your area.
- Use Basic Cast to destroy each one.

- Then, a short cutscene will play, revealing the statue is ready to be interacted with.

Ironwood Battle Arena
Requirements: This Battle Arena can be unlocked after heading to Ironwood and talking to Althea Twiddle who is sitting on a bench next to the nearby Floo Flame.

How to Unlock Ironwood Battle Arena in Hogwart Legacy
- First, head to Ironwood, a small village near the southernmost point of the Hogwarts Legacy map.

- Talk to Althea Twiddle who is sitting near the Floo Flame fast travel point.
- After conversing with the witch, you’ll be directed toward a ‘suspicious statue’ to the southwest.

- Once there, you’ll have 20 pots to destroy with Basic Cast.
- Use Revelio (left on the D-Pad) and it’ll highlight all nearby pots in your area.

- After that a short cutscene will play, revealing the statue is ready to be interacted with.

Dark Arts Battle Arena
Requirements: This Battle Arena is only unlockable for those who have the Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe or Collector’s Editions.

How to Unlock Dark Arts Battle Arena in Hogwart Legacy
- The only way to gain access to the Dark Arts Battle Arena is by purchasing the Deluxe or Collector’s Edition of Hogwarts Legacy.
- Then, head to the East North Hogwarts Region Floo Flame, inside the Forbidden Forest.

- You’ll see the Battle Arena statue nearby, but when approaching it you’ll encounter two enemies.
- Defeat both Dark Wizards and then break 10 nearby pots to unlock the Battle Arena.

- Don’t forget to use Revelio (left on the D-Pad) and it’ll highlight all nearby pots in your area.
- Then, interact with the newly-activated statue.
