Pokemon GO’s new season, Adventures Abound, has switched up the Pokemon which can hatch from 7km Eggs. Luckily, the brand-new 7km Egg pool is full of exciting regional variants of Pokemon!
These are all of the Pokemon that can hatch from 7km Eggs obtained during the current Pokemon GO season, Adventures Abound:
- Alolan Meowth
- Alolan Vulpix
- Galarian Darumaka
- Galarian Farfetch’d
- Galarian Meowth
- Galarian Ponyta
- Galarian Slowpoke
- Galarian Stunfisk
- Galarian Zigzagoon
- Hisuian Growlithe
- Hisuian Qwilfish
- Hisuian Sneasel
- Hisuian Voltorb
If you want to hatch more of these Pokemon, you’ll need to obtain more 7km Eggs. The only way to get these are by opening gifts from friends, unlike other Pokemon Eggs, which drop from spinning PokeStops.
It’ll take a while to hatch any 7km Egg you put in an Incubator. Luckily, you can easily track your progress as you walk using the Pokemon GO Egg Widget!
The table below shows the hatch rarity for each of the Pokemon in 7km Eggs, as well as whether they can be shiny. The higher the hatch rarity, the less likely you are to hatch one from your 7km Egg!

While these will be the Pokemon that usually hatch from 7km Eggs, this will not always be the case. Many in-game events have limited-time 7km Eggs which have a different hatch pool.
